Local MP Ranil Jayawardena MP visits the men-ü head office to discuss

It was interesting to visit men-ü, a local business between Hook and Hartley Wintney, to see their work to make product packaging more environmentally friendly. They have adopted a ‘3Rs’ approach: reducing the amount of product per bottle by concentrating it, plus using packaging that is reusable and recyclable. It’s a very simple approach that has a huge impact – up to 90% less packaging.

It is great to see a local business leading this work. We’ve got to encourage others to become more sustainable and it shows how we really can make small changes to save our planet for future generations.
